Eight hours on the client's Australian business day, with two thirty-minute breaks. About 04:30 to 12:30 Sri Lanka time, an hour earlier during Australian daylight saving.

A dedicated support seat on Fusion Line's team for one Australian client: calls, bookings, follow-ups and admin, full time. You work on the desk Fusion Line runs for that client, with a Fusion Line team lead, and you join the weekly Fusion Line team meeting.
